George Williams Antiques is based in Nobber, County Meath, where George welcomes his customers to come to his showrooms by appointment to view his stock of 18th and 19th century Irish and English furniture. He has been dealing in furniture for almost 40 years, and his real love and interest is in the Georgian period and Irish furniture of the 18th century. He has been extensively involved in the furnishing of the Bishop’s Palace Museum in Waterford, and has an ongoing interest in securing important works of art for our National collections.

George Williams Antiques also offers a full restoration service, including traditional upholstery and gilding all carried out in our own workshops. We also provide a range of courses on restoration and upholstery. To see the latest dates on offer check our Courses page.
