George Williams Antiques is a unique husband and wife team, offering specialised services in acquiring 18th century Irish furniture and Irish paintings.

Based in Co. Meath, George Williams has been dealing in Irish furniture for almost 40 years, and has worked extensively  with important private and National collections.

His wife Maggy, a graduate of TCD,  has a lifelong interest in Irish Art and enjoys building collections for clients that reflect her passion. Together George and Maggy have an ongoing interest in securing important works of art for our National collections. 

George Williams Antiques also offers a full restoration service, including traditional upholstery and gilding all carried out in our own workshops. We also provide a range of courses on restoration and upholstery. To see the latest dates on offer check our Courses page.
